Welcome to the website of the legal department of TU Clausthal

The Legal Office is the central advisory office for legal matters at the university. We draft, negotiate and review contracts. We are happy to answer the small and large legal questions that arise in everyday university life. We provide support in the drafting of regulations and review them.

The legal department is also responsible for the supervision and organization of university elections.

You will also find the representatives for the AGG office and for anti-corruption in the Legal Office.

The Legal Affairs Office is not responsible for private matters. However, as the boundaries are sometimes blurred, you should submit your request anyway. If there is a special responsibility within the administration for certain topics (e.g. personnel law), we will forward your inquiries accordingly.
